Do I need a prescription?
Most tests do not. Tests marked “Rx required” in the list need a doctor’s prescription.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests, such as Lipid Profile, need fasting and are marked “Fasting”. Our team will guide you when you book.
Can you collect my sample at home?
Yes — tap “Request Collection” in the Lab section or message us on WhatsApp.
How do member discounts work?
